I didn´t think it would be that bad....ummm yea, I won´t be able to put photos on the blog now....sorry....we looked in many many stores, and no one has one for a fuji camera it is such a small connection.....so I am just taking photos and will have to put them on a disk at the store later and put on the blog some other time.
Work: Most work here in Quito is done in the late afternoon early evening. We had a prayer meeting last night in the church. It was good, but I didn{t understand much, so I just prayed over and over and over for many things. Today we called the builder to help build the wall to seperate the sanctury from the childrens area. They are going to start to work on it on Monday. I won´t be here as I leave Monday for Portoveijo. HOwever this is a great blessing for them because the building there are in echos and when the pastor is preaching and kids are in class it is hard to hear one or the other. They are so thankful for being able to build this wall. It is always amazing to me how happy people are with such a little demonstration of love and help. We are also going to make a sign for the church so people know where it is and what it is. I am going to come back to Quito a day or two early so that I can do more here with the church. Tonight I helped to lead a group for young people. Ages 5 up to 20! We sang in spanish and in english. The young people had a lot of questions for me and were very interested in my life in the missions field. Then we taught them how to make friendship braclets with embroidery floss. They can use this skill to make things to sell or to make salvation bracelets. They do not have the beads (pony beads) we use to make the bracelets so this will allow them to have salvation bracelets without needing beads. Tomorrow we are showing the movie Fireproof to the young adults and married couples in the church, and will follow up with discussion. Pastor Victor is very excited for this time and event. We told the church members to bring friends who do not come to church and we are going to make this an outreach event. Tomorrow Paola and I are going to the supermarket to buy groceries so I can teach the young people how to make cookies. We will then take the cookies to the movie showing and enjoy them! Sunday is church and I will be giving my testimony. Please pray for this, I have no translator and I need to be able to pronounce the words in spanish correctly to have them make sense to the congregation. On Monday I will fly to Portoveijo and begin work there.
I have to get some sleep. Thank you for all the emails, I enjoy reading them, but do not have time to respond to all individually. Thank you for your prayers, please continue to pray for me and my friends here in Ecuador!

Sounds like your day is full of giving and receiving lots of love.
Manitowoc is super hot today so I believe we are in the same temperature.
I pray for your safe travel to Janeth's on Monday. Practice alot with your spanish and I'm sure you will be able to get the message across. Glad things are going well for you. I had lunch with Judy and Kenny today, they came to Green Bay to shop. I'm going to try and take a nap, my back is bad, went to the chiroprator yesterday. The riding mower is killing the back, have to figure out what to do about that.
I checked into the holders for the kyaCKS, They are the cheapest at Dicks, $100 a pair thru today, but the guy said they go on sale alot so will wait and see what I decide, for 1 trip I don't know if I want to spent that much money.
Bless you with all your doing. Love Mom
