Hello out there...yes I am really back at work. I have not truly agreed to doing this yet...ha ha still in the denial process as many of us are since it seems to early to return to work. But when the little cute monkey's arrive next Tuesday all denial is over!
Well I got both of my classroom set up with bullentin boards today. Yes, both, I am teaching two clothing classes and three foods classes so I have both rooms to prepare. This is unusual for me, as usually the sewing teacher is at my school 1st semester and takes care of the other room. Well I got a bit creative with the bullentin boards in the sewing room and if I remember tomorrow i will take my camera with me and take a photo of my "window"
I spoke with the lead lady of the missions team at Hope, and I have some work to do to prepare myself to be a true "missionary" meaning that the church has a packet on me, regarding my missions philosphy, faith statement, along with meeting with a mentor and showing my growth and accountablity as a Christian. So I am going to be working on that. I am also going to be trying to work on my Thesis...I know it is about time, but yes I have the right mix of students this year and I think I can acutally do something with it.....we will see...
Well tomorrow I head to the lake to be with my niece one last night, then I drive her to MPLS to fly back to AZ. Once I know that she is safely on the plane and headed home, I will then head to my friend Jackie's house for a night. Then return to WI and spend a night or two with my parents at the Lake......
Then home again, home again for my job......
Happy Labor Day on Monday in case I forget...drive safe and may God be with all of you.
